To kick off these meetings we want to identify and prioritize as many of the issues as possible. Please see the tables attached below. These tables have been designed to determine which issues are in most need for clarification (on a scale of 1 to 5), identify existing references that are available for use (existing regs, guidance, Q&As, etc), and identify any other comments you might have.

Even if you can’t make a particular sub-group meeting, or you’re not on that sub-group, we would appreciate your input on this form.
